Talent Acquisition is the core of scaling our fast-growing team at recruitSG and our group of companies. As an intern with the Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with the team to manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process and develop creative strategies to find the best talent for each role.
You will contribute to providing a best in class recruiting experience to candidates and operational excellence to the Talent Acquisition team. We conceive practical and creative ways to identify suitable talent and invest a lot of time in developing them through their career journey with us. We’re passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience from the initial reach out and first conversation a candidate has with us.
What you can expect to work on:
- Full-cycle talent acquisition to scale and grow our team
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies and provide an excellent candidate experience to bring the best talent to each role.
- Implement sourcing plans, and analyse requirements to determine target profile needs and ensure hiring goals are met.
- Screen and shortlist candidate profiles based on hiring needs.
- Manage the candidate database within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Onboarding experience for new hires: Including background checks, preparing Welcome Packs, and assisting with other onboarding logistics.
- Work on strategic projects: Such as the development of salary benchmarking guides, talent acquisition resource hub, and more.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong interest in talent acquisition
- Strong growth mindset with an attitude to continuously grow and develop your skills. Ability to learn fast and independently.
- Pursuing a diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Does not require a work visa to intern in Singapore
