• Post job advertisements on social media, job boards, and through personal networks.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team culture.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  
• Familiarity with social media platforms and how to attract candidates.
  
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events or meetings.
