This position will provide a best in class recruiting experience to candidates and provide operational excellence to the Recruitment team. We conceive practical and creative ways to identify suitable talent and invest a lot of time in developing them through their career journey with us. We’re passionate about delivering an awesome candidate experience from the initial reach out and first conversation a candidate has with us.
What you can expect to work on:
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes for clients’ hiring needs
- Identify suitable candidates from our jobseeker database to meet client’s talent acquisition requirements
- Communicate with suitable candidates to prepare them for the role’s hiring process
- Build influential candidate relationships during the candidate selection process
- Develop an approach to nurture high calibre active & passive jobseekers from our jobseeker database that are suitable for placement into client’s roles
- Introduce creative strategies around sourcing and pipelining target talent profiles
- Advise clients and hiring managers on talent pools & hiring trends
- Acquire new client accounts who have suitable hiring needs
What we’re looking for:
- CEI Basic certified
- Prior experience working in a recruitment firm preferred, but not compulsory
- Strong ability to build relationships with candidates
- Natural communicator who can make people feel comfortable from the first conversation
- Resourceful self-starter that can make things happen
- Prior experience in a sales-related role is a bonus
