Behavior Science Technology is seeking a sales leader to become one of the first non-founder members of the executive team. We are looking for an experienced individual to formulate, strategize and execute our sales and marketing efforts.
Who We Are: We are a revolutionary SaaS start-up in the enterprise healthcare space with a solution tailored to Behavioral Health Organizations. Our product, BSTpeform is a Clinical Performance Management tool that supports clinical and operational leadership through objective assessments of how treatment programs are being implemented.
We are looking for: A candidate who has had a successful career in exceeding quota selling into healthcare organizations at the clinical and operational leadership levels, and is interested in proving the skills to not only own targets, but help shape sales and company strategy. Having worked in an early startup environment is preferred. The job would be remote, and a compensation package that includes salary, bonus, and equity (OTE = $250k).

Process-driven, goal orientation towards sales that offers discipline and transparency around the pipeline
Polished, executive presence and stakeholder management abilities for clients, partners, and prospects
Ability to drive and contribute to insightful sales enablement and thought capital.
Collaborator across a diverse set of roles to ensure a tight feedback loop of sales conversations
Willingness to shape the mission and vision of the company
Display willingness and ability to exceed pipeline targets through prospecting and nurturing
Candidate Accountabilities:
- Drive the full sales cycle, continuously seeking creative strategies to attain new business
- Surface exciting new revenue opportunities, as well as being responsible for cultivating a healthy pipeline in partnership with our marketing teams
- Maintain a targeted understanding of customers’ business showing the ability to establish customer problems, buying process, and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales
- Clearly understand the business challenges the client’s faces
