IT Manager

Alpha Recon is an emerging and disruptive risk technology company helping to improve security and risk outcomes for security companies and enterprises. We are seeking an IT manager who has experience working on enterprise level IT and cloud systems. Applicant should be comfortable working within a team, and lead a team, be able to problem solve and convert business requirements into secure and functional systems and documentation. Must have solid communication skills. Experience working in an agile and start up environments. Experience documenting architecture, establishing support programs, and administration layers (in Azure). Experience helping with team internal IT support and client support programs. Azure experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.

Responsibilities:

Document and protect IT architecture and systems.

Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards

Onboarding and Offboarding

Setting up new systems

Support test and deployment of new products and features

Support company IT support and troubleshooting operations

Support client IT support requirements.

Qualifications:

Required

IT support experience

Process Driven

Active Directory (Preferably Cloud based)

Experience supporting various types of software (Microsoft is preferable)

Security certifications a plus

Strongly Desired

M365 – Sharepoint and Teams

AWS Experience
