Growth lead

We're on a mission to reimagine how people do borderless payments by bringing the great features of digital currencies to the 99% of humans who don’t know or care what crypto is, but they want cross-border payments, low fees, speed, security, privacy and ease of use.

What you will do

• Create content (design & copy) for social media, newsletters and Discord.
• Improve your content and strategy based on A/B tests and data analysis.
• Memes. Make lots and lots of them.
• You take ownership of customer-facing marketing activities - not just at the start, but throughout their lifecycle.
• Shape our product direction by participating in roadmap planning, and feature brainstorms.
• Help us grow the team by interviewing and coaching new hires.
• Independent, organized, and accountable

Who you are

• Outstanding, written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in creating designs / using design tools.
• You are data-driven and effective at A/B testing.
• You’re excited about Defi and Web3.
• You’re a quick learner and can easily learn things on your own.
• Ability to work independently and to determine workload priorities.
• You care about the business impact of your work and how it fits into the big picture.
