Lead Software Engineer

Memoria is an early stage startup building an all in one meeting management solution.

We are looking for someone who can continue to build on what we've already setup, stabilize the platform, and help our development team work faster.

This role could be flexible, based on skill set and availability. We are accepting part time or full time applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the development team to ensure we're building a scalable solution that will grow to meet our customers needs
• Write high quality code (Java) and supervise our developers through code reviews, architecture reviews, and mentorship
• Lead new feature designs with API documentation, unit tests, and feedback on the overall usability of the product
• Understand our entire tech stack from the infrastructure (GCP) to the client (React, iOS, Android)

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Java development experience, focused on microservices and scaling web/mobile applications
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of SDLC best practices including git, CI/CD, and scalable API development standards
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior developers
• Available for all daily standup calls and team meetings

Nice to have:

• WebRTC experience
• Infrastructure setup (Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.)

We are open to a variety of candidates and have options available for compensation, which may include equity depending on the candidate's qualifications.
