Job Overview
The Salesforce and Tech Stack System Administrator core function is to manage, support, develop and implement our wide range of integrated tools and technology stacks at Lockstep focused on collaboration, workflow, request forms and system(s) facilitation. This role is responsible for supporting, developing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining the Salesforce environment.
Job Responsibilities
· Serve as main point of contact for the support, integration, administration, data hygiene, change management documentation and maintenance for Salesforce platform and associated integrated tool tech stack applications
· Serve as the main point of contact and support, integration, administration, data hygiene, change management documentation and maintenance assorted integrated tools and technology stacks (Outreach, Sales Navigator, Inside View, LD Pro, SendSafely Pro etc.)
· Working directly with end users to resolve support issues and fulfill requests within the Salesforce environment and various integrated tool tech stacks.
· Work with internal stakeholders to create, maintain and update Salesforce reporting dashboards and tracking of objectives, milestones, and funnel conversions by channel
· Manage distribution of forecast reports for weekly and biweekly calls
· Managing Users, Creating and maintaining custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, maintenance of page layout, and installation and support of app exchange applications.
· Ability to identify the root cause of the production incidents and provide quick solution.
· Investigate issue tickets and requests, determining the root cause and proposing ideal solutions to solve for the request.
· Design, document, build, test and deploy enhancements to custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts and notifications, email templates, triggers and workflows, reports, views and dashboards.
· Maintains an understanding of Salesforce modules and software licensing functionality.
· Authors and maintains technical documentation.
· Import and export data from internal and external sources
· Create and update users, maintain user hierarchy rules, roles, permission sets, and profiles to ensure system security.
· Providing updates, status and completion information to tickets in the work queue regarding current assigned incidents, resolution efforts, and projects.
