HR & Recruitment Specialist (Intern)

As one of our first "Recruitment Specialist", you'll be helping shape our human resource culture here at Skillinabox. Working closely with the Founders and the Board, you will be directly responsible to lead our human resource development strategies, build a customer base & work with campaigns. A "Beacon Role" to shape our growth in all dimensions and build a team as you grow.

Please Note : This is an entrepreneurial role where you will be joining the core team and working with founders as well as the board directly. A transient role, we are looking for someone with high energy & hunger to grow with us and propel their career in Edtech & Skilltech.

1. Analyse human resource requirements
2. Line up and conduct interviews.
3. Access multiple hiring platforms to promote openings
4. Ideate and build induction decks
5. Inducting new people onboard
6. Creating processes
7. Training and development of inbound counsellors
8. Team creation

Who we are looking for?

1. 0+ Years of experience in HR/Recruitment segment. Freshers with a fire to grow will be preferred.
2. Experience in handling people
3. Hands on experience in creating, testing & rolling out campaigns and partnering with platforms
4. Willing to get your hands dirty and push forward for growth
5. Good communication skills

Comp & Ben - (3 Month Internship)

1. Current Compensation - INR 10-15k/Month + Incentives ( We expect you to push forward for growth and become a manager, build a team around yourself)
2. Your next Appraisal/Full time joining will be based on your performance
