StakeWise is a protocol for liquid staking on Ethereum and Gnosis Chain. We enable individuals and organizations to stake ETH, earn rewards, and apply staked capital in DeFi applications.

StakeWise uses a modular architecture that is uniquely capable of serving various staking needs, from simple staking to liquid solo staking to large-scale consumer products. Our growing roster of partners includes MetaMask, Figment, Chorus One, and other industry leaders whose staking offerings are powered by our technology.

With over 110,000 ETH staked and integrations into Aave, Compound, Symbiotic, and EigenLayer, StakeWise helps thousands of users secure Ethereum and do more with their stake.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for growth junkies that will spearhead the expansion of StakeWise across the ecosystem. You will build and maintain a high-quality sales/integrations pipeline with node operators, wallets, exchanges, custodians, DAOs and DeFi protocols, convert leads into customers and partners, and contribute to the design and implementation of new products based on their feedback.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills & professional manners
• Previous experience in the sales / business development role with proven results
• Ability to tell a great story in both conversation and writing i.e. excellent narrative skills, a refined vocabulary, a compelling voice, and an engaging personality
• An evolving understanding of and passion for crypto and DeFi
• Fluent in English — written and spoken

Bonus points for

• Prior crypto-related experience and/or familiarity with who’s who in DeFi
• A knack for writing engaging sales copy and governance proposals
• Ability to quickly shift gears in response to changing priorities
• Ambition to move up to a leadership role
