ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement the tech strategies for the company
Constantly maintain and improve the website, app, and other technologies with UX/UI at the forefront of all decisions
Deep understanding of application security and regulatory compliance in Fintech
Experience establishing an effective leadership presence within the executive team as a strategic business partner capable of significant impact through practices and insight
Proven track record of taking initiative to protect and optimize an organization
Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills - including requirements analysis, debugging, and risk assessment
Excellent communication skills
