US Healthcare Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist (Pacific timing)

Vitawerks is looking for a Sourcing Specialist for assisting in our staffing needs. In this role, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Sourcing of leads
• Lead Generation
• Identifying new sources of recruitment, cold calling and building a pipeline of healthcare professionals (HCP) to meet monthly sourcing targets.
• Preparing job descriptions for various profiles and updating vacancies on social media handles/job boards
• Cold calling the facilities and establishment to get potential leads.
• Filling up needs for internal hirings
• Setting up a relationship with other businesses that can provide good sources of HCP.

• Experience in lead generation
• Experience is sourcing applicants / candidates
• Experience in sales is an advantage
• Detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft office
• Good communication skills, excellent telephone presence, and creative thinking
• Self-Starter with willingness to learn
