Growth Marketer

Wantedly is a Tokyo-listed company founded in 2010, with the mission to create a world where work meets passion. We do this by connecting like-minded companies and talents based on passion and interest, rather than pay and benefits. We currently have over 30,000 companies onboard and 1.2-mil monthly active users in Japan, and recently launched in Singapore and now we are in Hong Kong

We're changing our job posting business model and we're looking for a growth hacker (half marketing / half BD) to grow our employer network.

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who is able to think outside the box, have great people skills and have an understanding of marketing funnels and conversions.

Your role:
• Lead generation
• Drive leads through the conversion funnel
• Measure conversions and continue to improve sales and marketing workflows
• Help clients with their hiring journey
• Keeping close relationship with different partners and stakeholder
