Associate Product Manager

EduFund is looking for an experienced and self-driven Associate Product Manager to join our team!

In this role, your responsibility will be to eat, breathe, and sleep the consumer's needs.

You will mainly be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall product strategies. This is an exciting role for anyone looking to shape the future of a fast growing start up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to create exceptional products that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Define and drive the product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's overall goals and values.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure the successful development and delivery of products.
• Champion user-centered design principles and ensure that design and user experience are at the core of our product development process.
• Continuously monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Make data-driven decisions and track the performance of our products, making improvements as necessary.
• Establish a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product teams.
• Foster collaboration, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership within the teams.

Requirements:

• 2 years plus experience in product management, with a proven track record of building successful products.
• Background in product-based companies will be added advantage.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and tech.
• Proven ability to define and execute a product strategy, taking into account market research, user feedback, and business goals.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
