Purpose and Offering

Metronome was started with a vision to combine 2 passions of ours- Gaming and Investing space. If you take a glance at games related to Investing; one could easily deduce that some of them were informative but were not stimulating or fun to play with and some of them were enjoyable but did not reflect how the real investing process takes place , henceforth a seed was planted to make an immersive experience for gamers and finance enthusiasts alike which is fun to play but realistic at the same time and can serve as a learning experience for them as well. At Metronome, we aspire to do so through an interactive and stimulating Investment and Wealth Generation simulator experience with our product which is a Board Game styled mobile gaming application.

Metronome Technologies is looking for a Tech Associate

We are looking for a Technical Associate to turn a game idea into code in a fast moving environment. The role will enable you to lead/assist live game production and operations of our Web/ Mobile game portfolio. You will be actively involved in defining and delivering new and exciting experiences through features and content to our very extensive and committed player base. Drive operations for live games, working closely with product, design, art, engineering & marketing teams to deliver a high-quality player experience. If you have a passion for games and development, this role is tailor made for you.

What are we looking for

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, MBA is a plus; although we would love to hear from candidates with unconventional backgrounds and diverse interests. ● 3-4 years of business development/product/project/game design experience in a mobile gaming company or game production experience across multiple game titles (Mobile or Web), or years of running operations and solving complex problems for a large-scale consumer application product.

● Expert knowledge of all major development processes: Know the whys (why are we doing things in specific ways?) and not just the actions/motions of the practices

● Prior lead PM or producer role on at least 1 successful F2P mobile title full life cycle and working on at least 3 mobile game titles, full life cycle.

● Extraordinary great teammate skills with a collaborative work style, and an interest in being hands-on with design, production, and development.

● Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams to efficiently deliver high-quality features and experiences on time and on budget.

● Good communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for games and creating fun, engaging and addictive user experiences.

● Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making with an ability to plan ahead, prioritize and meet deadlines.

● Must be willing to relocate to Jaipur, India (likely after few months of remote work).

● Experience in Finance (anything related to trading or investing) is a plus.

We do not really care much about the depth of your CV or the places you have worked at. Looking for valuable learning gigs that have shaped you and your authenticity. And the skills you have picked up and mastered. Your projects, experiments, and pro-Bono work.

Responsibilities

● Create and maintain a scouting process to find high potential developers and studios in India. ● Maintain day-to-day operations with onboarded developers/studios and provide constant feedback on production processes.

● Brainstorm for the most innovative ideas with studio partners and ensure the execution of prototypes.

● Conduct competitive research; analyze game data to maintain and improve KPIs.

● Oversee the production of features, games, and related projects including building roadmaps, handling resourcing across teams, managing priorities, and achieving key product metrics.

● Analyze current state of ASO and define strategy to maximize organic user acquisition.

● Passionately articulate the core experience and vision for your features ensure alignment within your team and help create a fun, engaging, and stimulating work environment.

● Care deeply for the player/customer and be their voice in every meeting. You are player-focused and will work closely with partners to ensure that every idea is evaluated through a player lens.

● Responsible for creating and executing a roadmap that aligns with the game and the company vision and driving your team to realize this roadmap.
