We’re looking for a US marketing manager to join our fast-growing, fantastic team. We would love it if you have prior B2B marketing experience, but more importantly you should be curious, ambitious, a get-stuff-done-er, and a phenomenal project manager. You should be a strong communicator, and have a knack for commercial business writing.
You’ll be doing impactful work, learning and growing, and working alongside some of the most interesting (and fun!) people in the field.
What you'll do
- Research US market opportunities and manage liaison with local marketing suppliers and event organizers
- Plan end-to-end execution of marketing programs within the region that fill the top of the sales funnel, like webinars, events, email campaigns, etc.
- Coordinate with the Demand Generation Manger and Business Development team on the planning and execution of integrated lead gen campaigns that contribute to a predictable sales pipeline
- Research and compare different B2B email marketing tools in order to enhance our existing MarTech stack and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts
- Use marketing automation to send emails, set up landing pages and create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
- Create, maintain and share performance metrics on marketing activities and impact to pipeline
- Continuously improve campaign strategies by collaborating with sales, marketing, and product to understand buyer needs and the full customer journey
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience and knowledge within marketing and business software
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- You won’t stop at seeing the results you got from your latest email campaign - you want to understand why and you don’t shy from getting deep into the analysis yourself
- You’re comfortable with moving fast, making decisions with imperfect data, and learning on your own
- You are the person everybody wants on their team. You are a team player and a culture builder
- You have the right to work in either the United States or Canada
