We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing, fantastic team in the US. We would love it if you have prior B2B experience, but more importantly you should be curious, ambitious, a get-stuff-done-er and have a knack for commercial business writing.
You’ll be doing strategic work, learning and growing, and working alongside some of the most interesting (and fun!) people in the field.
What you'll do
- Perform strategic lead generation via calling, emailing, prospecting, etc. to drive engagement from your prospects and generate pipeline for the team
- Constantly try new things, leveraging tools such as Hubspot, Outreach.io, LinkedIn, cadences, etc.
- Become an expert on sales, sales strategy, and sales development best practices
- Continuously improve campaign strategies by collaborating with sales, marketing, and product to understand buyer needs and the full customer journey
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-2 years quota-carrying SDR/BDR experience selling SaaS products
- You thrive in adversity and under pressure
- You’re the person everyone wants on their team - you are a team player and a culture builder
- You love to come up with new ideas and pitch them to the team
- You have the right to work in the United States or Canada
