Digital Banking Web Producer / Product Owner

Crescent Bank is looking for a talented professional to fill an open position as a Digital Banking Web Producer. The Digital Banking Web Producer will play an integral role in ensuring the Crescent Bank website is meeting the needs of the business and delivering on the expectations of our customers. This role will be responsible for project managing new website initiatives from concept through launch, as well as ensuring the overall User Experience is optimized and bug free.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate in conceptual planning process for Digital Banking Roadmap and Vision
Contribute to and define business needs for Digital Banking frontend web enhancements through project briefs, wireframes, functional spec documents, and creative mockups
Leverage web analytics to make informed UX/CX decisions
Collaborate with and manage both internal and external resources to ensure timely and on budget project execution
Ingest website enhancement requests from cross-functional departments to translate into actionable project briefs
Work closely with IT team to define backend support needs
Facilitate internal Management review and signoff process
Own frontend QA and bug resolution process for Customer facing website and integrated 3rd party applications
Execute website updates and minor changes within the CMS which may involve copy, image files, and template creation
Track and maintain web enhancements budget
Assist in vetting new 3rd party solution providers and manage the RFP process
Assist in SOW, SLA and contract review for new 3rd party solution providers
Works effectively as part of a team atmosphere to perform duties and achieve daily operational goals
Meets productivity standards in accordance with Crescent Bank’s confidentiality policies and organizational values
Performs additional duties as needed within the department

Position Requirements:

3-5 yrs Frontend Transactional Website Project Management experience ie: Digital Banking, eCommerce, required
Experience with CMS tools, required and Umbraco, preferred
Experience with web graphics design editing tools, required ie: Photoshop, Affinity
Experience with bug reporting and project management tools, required ie: Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Basecamp
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, Razor, GitHub, a plus
Knowledge of .net, Microsoft Visual Studio, a plus
Experience with Google Analytics a plus
