Curriculum Designer & Developer (Tech)

As one of our first Tech Curriculum Designers, you'll be helping enhance our product capabilities by designing and developing content for various platforms & products be it offline, online, video tutorials, etc. Working closely with the founders and the respective sector skill councils, you'll be directly responsible to lead our content development strategies and curate easy to use content over multiple products such as IOT, AI & ML and many more.

Your KRA's

1. Extract NOS's (National Occupational Standards) from different QP's (Qualification Packs)
2. Design curriculums for different products
3. Program outline for multiple programs
4. Build content on different curriculum around multiple NOS
5. Convert theoritical content into graphical content with the help of designers
6. Script for Video learning models for learners to understand better
7. Deploy content over different mediums

*Who are we looking for *-

1. 1.5-2 years of work experience in designing curriculum
2. Preferably have worked around NSQF (National Skills Qualification Framwork) - Not mandatory
3. Has created multiple curriculums and designed content for the same
4. Has created content scripts to convert the same to video lessons
5. Has worked on graphical representation of content to make it understanble
6. Knows the different between Education and Skilling
