About the job

As the Head of MFR Growth, you will be a key member of the executive team and will play an integral role in the growth and expansion of Landa in the US. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic individual with excellent negotiation skills that enjoys the fast pace of a hyper-growth company. Reporting to the CEO, you will be identifying and acquiring MFR of $100M every quarter, nationwide.

What you will be doing

Source, analyze, and buy MFR properties, nationwide.
Work with our dev team on building amazing tools to automate, reduce costs and improve the selection of homes.
Manage a team of analysts, property managers, and software developers.
Build Landa's expansion plan among markets.
KPI's
$ Value of properties under contract (How much we buy)
% Returns which users receive (How good we buy)

What We’re Looking For

At least 5 years of hands-on MFR acquisition experience in an institution that owns more than $1B of MFR.
Grit, determination, Ambitious, diligence, and a great team player.
Tech Savvy, fast learner, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
