Specifically, Revonate manages the preconstruction — cost estimation and planning — customer experience so contractors can focus on active management of high margin projects. Revonate is launching in two of the hottest real estate markets in the country — Boise, Idaho and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Job Description
You will often be the first point of contact a homeowner has with Revonate. It's essential that your demeanor is approachable, consultative and delightful. This individual will report directly to the CEO with the primary objective of qualifying homeowners on behalf of our general contractor partners.
Our ideal candidate is someone that has experience in real estate, property development, SaaS sales or construction. This role is perfect for someone beginning their career in property technology sales. In addition to your salary you will be compensated with commissions for signing homeowner customers on behalf of our GC partners.
A successful day in the life includes answering our sales live chat and phone calls as well as preparing for, following up and meeting virtually with homeowners that are interested in remodeling their homes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare real estate reports, proposals and other documents in the preconstruction process
- Coordinate with our cost estimation team and customer success manager to ensure accurate quotes
- Update and maintain CRM records
- Document and update process changes as needed
- Support team members on the ground to provide an excellent customer experience
Job Requirements
- 1+ years in a functional sales role
- Familiarity with sales software technology i.e. Google apps, Hubspot CRM, Proposify
- Excitement to work from home and travel periodically for employee events and large prospective customer meetings
- Construction, real estate, interior design experience preferred
Culture Requirements
- Excellent communicator both in written and verbal form
- Strong ability to articulate problems and propose solutions eloquently
- Excitement to work from home and be the on the go as needed to network and support the team
- Enjoys reading and writing
- Would happily work on a job site if we were over budget or over schedule for a project
- Entrepreneurship experience or ambitions preferred
