Specifically, Revonate manages the preconstruction — cost estimation and planning — customer experience so contractors can focus on active management of high margin projects. Revonate is launching in two of the hottest real estate markets in the country — Boise, Idaho and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Job Description
The City Manager is an integral part of Revonate's ability to successfully launch in a particular metro area. This individual will report directly to the CEO with the primary objective of engaging and retaining general contractor customer partners.
Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in business development, recruitment, enterprise sales, account management, real estate or construction. This role is perfect for someone transitioning from a real estate, construction or enterprise account executive role that wants to build a career in property technology. In addition to your salary you will be compensated with commissions for signing new GC partners and given an annual bonus based on the performance of the GC partners you support.
A successful day in the life includes meeting with local real estate brokers, investors, lenders, contractors and tradespeople to educate them on Revonate. You will be instrumental to representing our brand and culture as one of our most senior team members in the city.
Responsibilities
- Attend and coordinate networking events in the city for stakeholders in real estate i.e. brokers, lenders, contractors, property managers, investors etc...
- Document and share notes from meetings for internal review
- Attract, retain and if needed terminate general contractor partners
- Support team members on the ground to provide an excellent customer experience
Job Requirements
- 4+ years as a real estate agent, business development, recruiter, account management or enterprise account executive
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (i.e. Gmail) and CRM tools i.e. (Hubspot)
- Excellent communicator both in written and verbal form
- Sales and-or customer success background preferred
- Drivers license and access to a vehicle
