About the Role:

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end production operations while ensuring alignment with Zirconium’s vision of being the most innovative company in the metal mechanical segment. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics, Production Control Planning (PCP), quality control, customer care, training programs, and technical support. Your mission is to guarantee that production KPIs are consistently met or exceeded through strategic planning, process optimization, and implementation of Kaizen principles.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines.
  
• Oversee logistics, PCP, quality control, and customer care functions to maintain seamless workflows and exceptional service levels.
  
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
  
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing Kaizen methodologies and upgrading infrastructure to boost productivity and reduce waste.
  
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with broader organizational objectives.
  
• Directly report to the CEO, providing updates on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  What We’re Looking For:
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in Lean Manufacturing/Kaizen preferred.
  
• Proven experience (5+ years) in managing complex production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, quality systems, and customer-centric processes.
  
• Demonstrated success in implementing Kaizen and other lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams.
  
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
