What you can expect to work on:
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes and different recruitment channels
• Propose & run recruitment campaigns
• Develop job descriptions that suit the job requirements
• Post open job positions onto different third-party job platforms, including campus job portals
• Identify suitable candidates from our jobseeker database
• Communicate with suitable candidates to prepare them for the role’s hiring process
• Build influential candidate relationships during the candidate selection process
• Introduce creative strategies around sourcing and pipelining target talent profiles
What we’re looking for:
• Natural communicator who can make people feel comfortable from the first conversation
• Strong ability to build relationships with candidates
• Resourceful self-starter that can make things happen
• Strong attention to detail: You notice things like a wrongly italicised or missing full stop
• Possess the hunger and drive to learn quickly and be successful
• Bonus: Prior recruitment experience
