In 2022, we are working on building a new upsell strategy. As the Customer Success Manager, you would have a direct impact in shaping these initiatives on top of proactively orchestrating the customer's journey towards their goals.
Continuously act as a trusted advisor and advocate for your customers from onboarding, training, renewal and support
Understand the customer's business goals & objectives and help them discover aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them
Identify and grow upsell opportunities and collaborate with the rest of the Revenue Teams (Sales & Marketing) to ensure overall customer portfolio growth
Carrying out periodic health checks to avoid churn
Willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of our customers
Engage with the product team to translate customer feedback into product requirements.
Establish new and assess existing processes in order to deliver a successful onboarding, adoption, retention, renewal and expansion of our customer portfolio
Continue developing your own emlen product knowledge.
💪🏼 💪🏼 Your strengths💪🏼 💪🏼
3-5 years of customer success, account manager, or other relevant experience within B2B SaaS.
Experience in creating and delivering client-focused success plans based on customer needs
Ability to identify and drive upsell opportunities in long-term, consultative engagements
Strong track record of defining and executing against key performance indicators (NRR)
Experience building internal and external relationships. Presents diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
Ability to interpret customer data, and make insightful, data-driven decisions
You’re pragmatic, agile, high-energy and enjoy multi-tasking
Excellent communication skills in German and English required.
