Extension Sales & Marketing was founded in 2015 to help growing organizations scale experienced teams without the risks or commitments of the common practices. ESM is committed to helping businesses optimize their inside sales and marketing team approach. We collaborate with businesses as an extension of their existing or non-existing B2B sales and marketing teams to generate new opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and ultimately generate new revenue.
We are excited to have the opportunity to grow our team this summer! Our clients require professional, motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about the work that we do. You will work closely with a variety of innovative organizations to understand their offerings and effectively market and sell a mix of services and products. This role will be responsible for prospecting on behalf of our clients to generate new business opportunities. This is an excellent role for the salesperson looking to hone their craft. You must be comfortable speaking over the phone and present yourself professionally via email. This role will allow you to mostly work from home as long as monthly targets are being met.

Job Responsibilities
Identify quality prospects and set revenue generating opportunities for assigned clients
Track and manage all activity via various CRM systems
Report prospecting performance back to managing team members
Meet monthly outreach metrics and performance goals
Support the development and growth of ESM clients
Collaborate on ESM creative marketing and communication tactics
Identify opportunities for improvements for ESM and our clients
Participate in frequent internal and external meetings to review activity and performance
Preferred Experience
1-3 years working in a customer experience or sales development role
Have obtained or working towards a 4-year bachelor’s degree (Business, Communication, Marketing preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot, Salesforce, GSuite, Slack
Previous success in B2B sales role, meeting and exceeding goals
