About the job

As a Sales Manager you will be designing and developing strategic sales plans, developing and promoting sales objectives, and leading our sales team. This is a tremendous oppertunity, offering a generious base salary and comission.

Responsibilities

Manage and build B2B and B2C (physician relationships/ Patient referrals) sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

Developing and training your sales team through motivation, counseling and advanced services knowledge.

Understand our target demographics and how to reach them.

Qualifications:

Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

Proven track record of sales success.

Experience in customer relationship management.

Experience managing and directing a sales team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Dedication to providing great customer service.

Ability to lead a sale team.
