Associate Business Analyst (SAP Customer Business Planning (CBP) and Reporting with TPM) Description:
We are looking for a Associate Business Analyst (SAP Customer Business Planning (CBP) and Reporting with TPM) (Senior Enterprise Solutions Specialist (Tech)). The ideal candidate will support the Project under SAP BW Planning and Reporting Profile. Serves as SAP BW CBP Planning and Reporting Consultant perspective and will be operating from ideally from UST India delivery center. The ideal candidate should have excellent hands on experience with SAP BW and CBP with a good understanding of SAP reporting and application design. Candidate should have good experience in business process design for Consumer Products Goods organizations. A good understanding of SAP system architecture is expected. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into system requirements is key to be successful in this role. Overall Experience level: 7-10 years of in-depth knowledge and consulting experience in SAP BW CBP Planning and Reporting Location: This position will be based in India.

Services Employment status: Full Time Regular Active Employee As a SAP BW-CBP Technical, your focus will include, but not be limited to:
• Experience and understanding in designing and developing reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Configuration of standard content in CBP supporting a TPM Implementation.
• Experience enhancing and change standard content in CBP to meet the needs of the client.
• Experience with integration of Deduction processing in TPM with CBP.
• Experience with condition integration.
• Understanding/Experience with FSCM (and integration of TPM scope)
• Understanding/Experience with Funds and Dynamic Funds and the integration with TPM
• Understanding/Experience with Chargebacks/Prepaids and the integration with TPM.
• Worked on at least one project where BW HANA was used with CBP. Understanding/Experience with promotion planning queries/CBP architecture to support the planning process.
• Deliver innovative solutions in business consulting, business process design, application design and system integration supporting Trade Promotions Management organizations of multi-national corporations.
• Expertise required in SAP Trade Promotion Management Planning and Reporting
• Understanding of the end to end processes from sales quote, sales order, delivery to billing.
• Knowledgeable in business processes, configuration and integration of CBP with other modules such as SAP MM, PP and FICO.
• Ability to perform all tasks in the development cycle, starting from business strategy, business process definition, to configuration and unit testing, assistance and follow-up with user testing, to co-ordination of transports to Production, to training and post-live support and fixes.
• Strong communication skills. Able to discuss business processes with client team in business language, as well as discuss in depth technical issues with development team.
• Serving as trusted advisor to clients to help them meet business needs through innovative solutions.
• Ability to work independently on blueprint as well as fit to standard design sessions, configure, test, implement functional requirements and the creation of functional design specs in the area of Customer Service. Needs to be able to lead client meetings as well as participate in pre-sales activities. Serving as trusted advisor to clients to help functional team design innovative solutions.

• English speaking and writing Top 3 must have:
• At least 7 years of in-depth knowledge and consulting experience in implementing SAP BW • At least 1 year of CBP on HANA experience
•CPG or Retail Industry experience preferred
