Role:

Scalenut is looking to add Marketing & Growth Lead to its core team. The person would be a part of the core leadership team of Scalenut and would work directly with the founders. It’s an opportunity to build a large global brand for professional services and completely redefine how work is done today.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create and manage end to end marketing and growth plans for the company
• Performance Marketing: End to end ownership of paid marketing campaigns - campaign design to execution. Conceptualizing the campaigns to execution to continuous optimization.
• Organic Marketing: Create organic marketing strategy, right from managing various social media platforms to developing solid content marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with Product and Design teams to improve conversions
• Work closely with Category teams to plan and run marketing campaigns
• Marketing Website – complete ownership of the digital assets: Product, UI & UX, Conversion optimization

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• End to end B2B marketing
• Entrepreneurial and self driven with multi tasking ability and out of box thinking
• Ability to think out of box and create new campaigns to drive inbound leads
• Knowledge of using right technology tools to improve processes and conversions
• Capability to build and manage large teams
• Process creation and management
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Very passionate about building new businesses

Education and Experience

• Tier 1 / 2 college (with or without MBA)
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing - a proven track record
• Strong background of revenue growth
• 2-3 years of experience in International Marketing
