Tech Lead- QA Automation

Job Responsibilities:
● Building, Leading and growing a highly collaborative team; inclusive of Test automation
engineers
● Thought leader of QA department
● Grow QA Practice team with new age technologies
● Provide consulting and mentoring to QA team
● Architect QA related solution
● Responsible for operational profitability of QA Practice group
● Contribution to development and maintenance of automation framework
● Execution of automation scripts in various environment
● Timely verification and reporting of defects/issues
● Regular status reporting to his Reporting authority
● Keeping oneself updated on the Business Requirement changes
● Closely work with development team in agile environment
● Constantly updating oneself to upcoming tools and develop skills by attending in-house
and/or external courses, reading manuals, accessing new applications and investigating
new technologies
● Experience in design and implementation of Test scripts, Test cases and Test data & UI /API
Testing of Web applications/products is required.
● Set up Continuous Integration and SCM management
● Experience testing SDK, API and UI testing automation frameworks, and end-to-end
Continuous
● Integration/Continuous Delivery systems.
● Hands on experience on Jenkins, GIT, Azure/AWS, Docker etc.
● Must be having good analytical skills, problem-solving & communication skills, and good
● programming skills, preferably in Java.
● Knowledge of writing test plans for End to end workflows for SaaS solutions.
● Good knowledge of test methodologies like functional, black box, grey box, integration,
performance testing etc.
● Exposure to end-to-end test management, able to work independently and own the project
● end-to-end.
● Passion for building high quality software products and ability to work in a fast-paced
environment.
● Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork capabilities, and strong sense of
● responsibility.
● Strong Product Development Experience in an Agile Scrum Team.
● Tools exposure on Jmeter, Rest-Assured, Postman, Cypress,Selenium, blazemeter (Any).
● Experience working with relational databases, structured query languages, and SQL tools.

Qualifications:
● Minimum 10 years of industry experience.
● MCA/BTech/BE in computer science, information systems, or similar technical fields would
be the preferred.
