Tech Recruiter
As a consultant you are responsible for filling tech vacancies at (y)our clients. You will work closely with them to ensure that we bring the best IT professionals on board. The types of roles you are looking for vary from a junior developer, machine learning engineer to a heavy architect or product owner profile.

What can you do?
Interviewing, advising hiring managers and making applicants smile. As a Tech Recruiter, you ensure that clients hire the best 'techies' and that they can continue to grow.
As a Tech Recruiter you are responsible for the entire recruitment process from vacancy intake to signing the contract.
You like to do this
- Interviewing; you ask applicants all about themselves during telephone intakes and interviews.
- Amazing applicants by guiding them through the entire process with a personal approach.
- Really understand IT vacancies and include hiring managers in the recruitment process.
- Learn something new every day about recruitment, IT and yourself.
- Making people happy with a new job!
You recognize yourself in this
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree on the wall, or at least somewhere in the house.
- You have 1 - 5 years of experience as a Recruiter
- You have experience with IT vacancies or are used to recruiting for vacancies of which you do not know everything yourself.
- You have experience with interviewing and you know different interview techniques.
- You know how to build a good relationship with hiring managers and applicants.
- You also get bonus points if you have experience with sourcing and know how to find hidden talent.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
