Research Software Engineer

Composable Analytics, an MIT data analytics company, develops a comprehensive data operations (DataOps) platform and builds data-intensive business applications.

A full-time position is available immediately for a Research Software Engineer in the area of big data and machine learning, broadly defined. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of software systems and design principles, and demonstrated interest in:

• Designing and building large-scale, distributed, web-based platforms
• Developing novel data models, integrating diverse data types, utilizing SQL, NoSQL and other technologies.

The successful candidate will be an active member of our development team, working with software engineers, data engineers, data scientists and architects, and shaping the product direction.

• Ph.D. is strongly preferred.
