As the first employee and engineer, you will be instrumental to Hera's success and growth.

You will get to make critical decisions about how to implement our core features, how to deploy our product and how to structure our technical teams.

• You are not paralysed by a vague scope and you enjoy the freedom it gives you to express your creativity.

Empathy for the customer, with a sweet drop of pragmatism

• You know when to deep dive in the code, but you always keep in mind that the product is only useful if actually used by our users
• You are comfortable with writing code that we might (will?) re-write in 6 months
• You know how to prototype quickly to test a feature before writing a final version

Growth mindset

• You have worked at a early-stage start-up before OR you have had experience hiring and managing engineers in a fast-paced environment
