About the Role:
• You’d be working for Real Links, a VC backed company that is transforming hiring through their employee referral tool and leveraging internal talent with their internal mobility tool.
• We’re already working with some of the UK’s largest enterprises including Ocado, Sainsbury’s and Bupa.
• We’re looking for a lead generation executive to help us realise our ambitious growth plans.
• You’ll be responsible for managing outbound sales outreach using various channels & tactics, qualifying all prospective customers and booking in demos for your business development manager (BDM).
• You’ll be one of the first touch points for prospects and we will help you to develop your role in a fast-growing start-up.
About You:
• Experience working as a lead generation executive in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the HR / recruitment tech space.
• You’ll have previously met and exceeded lead gen KPIs and you’re able to report on sales activity and revenue targets.
• You have a great phone manner and a range of other tactics to book demos for your BDM.
• You enjoy carrying out lead / industry research to tailor your lead generation strategy.
• You know how to use sales outreach software including CRMs (ideally HubSpot).
• You’re team members will be on hand to collaborate with you to find strategic ways to win business..
• You’ll have the opportunity to make the role your own and become comfortable taking initiative to excel in your role.
• You’ll have attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Responsibilities
• Proactively sourcing new leads and new business opportunities for your BDM.
• You’ll be focused on researching leads / industry trends in your assigned market.
• Performing outreach through emails, calls, LI and other channels.
• Able to anticipate and successfully handle prospect objections on sales calls.
• Qualifying leads and arranging demonstrations to be passed to your BDM.
• Learning our product so you can qualify and engage potential customers
• Preparing professional, engaging and tailored comms to be sent to prospects.
• Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company targets and standards are being met, performing market research and competitor monitoring.
• Work towards running your own demos with progression opportunities in sales and marketing.
• Report on sales activity and revenue targets.
