As Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships you will be able to bring your new ideas and a unique perspective to our exciting growth efforts.
In this role, you’ll be working directly with new clients, the Strategic Partnerships team, and all other departments across the agency. This role is someone who can help build and grow success in the Canadian marketplace. Someone with a history of strategic marketing experience, and the ability to creatively solve marketing challenges within the defined capabilities of our fast-growing, performance-first agency.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Nurtures client relationships, anticipates client needs, and identifies solutions & opportunities to educate, grow and add value to client accounts
- Understands our clients’ key contacts, organization structures, processes, and business plans, coordinating communication flows
- Assists in managing profitability of your team’s portfolio, budgets, project scope, and timelines to ensure timely and profitable delivery of services and client satisfaction
- Constant coordination with internal stakeholders to execute on deliverables, including tasking and follow up
- Partners with the Account Director on their accounts and projects to define strategy, using various marketing approaches to drive and increase ROI for clients
- Manages client expectations and ensures timely and on-target deliverables throughout the account lifecycle
- Contribute to thought leadership, identifying trends, and applies thinking toward client ROI
- Accountable for staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends
- Understands the digital and traditional marketing landscape and helps the team to align strategies and tactics with client objectives

Qualifications & Skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit

- Strong emotional control and intelligence
- 4+ years of experience in a similar account management role or digital marketing capacity
- College or University-level education in relevant field, or equivalent experience
- A strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, both application and theory
- Experience working with clients, managing expectations, and delivering top-notch customer service
- Strong attention-to-detail, high level of quality, and extremely organized
- Exceptional reporting skills and understanding of how to track, measure, and present KPIs
- Able to identify opportunities within ongoing strategies for areas of optimization
- Experience working on cross-functional digital marketing campaigns and the ability to work independently
- Excellent presenting and communication skills
- Strong team-player, able to work with diverse groups and skill sets
