DESCRIPTION

Thriver’s Product Team works towards creating a cutting edge, leading experience through our online marketplace. As a Product Manager, you’ll be directly responsible for translating ideas into strategy and features, help shape our vision & roadmap, and apply Agile principles to work cross-functionally with all of Thriver’s teams to push our products forward. This position comes with a great deal of autonomy and responsibility to shape the future of our product.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 3+ years of experience in digital product management (mandatory)
  • Direct experience with end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through development to launch
  • Track record of leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and make informed product decisions, set success metrics and measure results
  • Experience working in Agile environments both supporting and driving Agile ceremonies and processes
  • Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems (Enterprise software experience is a plus) Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
  • Champion of a user-centric mindset from ideation to launch
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • High proficiency with ALM software tools (e.g., JIRA)
