Key Responsibilities:
** • Direction and supervision**
○ End-to-end monitoring of program delivery for a world class learning experience.
○ Design, improvise, and manage processes for smoother program management to ensure a consistent and hassle-free learning experience.
** • Needs Analysis**
○ Conduct assessments to evaluate learning and development needs and create learning frameworks and customize programs and materials for successful implementation.
** • Design**
○ Plan the overall program implementation, preparing schedules, evaluation, grading and coordinating with faculty
○ Coordinate with faculty to create best in class learning materials - videos, cases, reading material, assignments, etc.
** • Delivery**
○ Deploy innovative digital pedagogy for a personalized and participatory learning experience
○ Manage, and support faculty to ensure that participants' learning outcomes are met and a high level of satisfaction is maintained
○ Be the first point contact for participants, troubleshoot queries and manage discussions
○ Manage resources including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, development, compliance, and resource allocation.
** • Continuous Improvement **
○ Develop and manage a skills and content library.
○ Innovate upon curricula, content, and delivery to create high quality and top ranking programs.
** • Evaluation and reporting **
○ Collate learning material, solutions, and grades from faculty and upload to the LMS
○ Develop weekly reporting on all programs assigned and complete workflow trackers. Create, build, and distribute custom analytics and reports based on goals and metrics.
○ Report monthly and quarterly on successes and lessons learned.
** • Quality **
○ Ensures high standard for the quality control process with benchmarks and controls.
○ Review LMS set-up, course content and receive and provide timely feedback
○ Ensure infrastructure and technology readiness during live sessions / events
○ Interview faculty and learners to collect insightful feedback and record testimonials.
** • Stakeholder management**
○ Collaborate with external clients and internal team members for timely and successful execution
○ Work across-functions within TVI and with external partners to identify and build innovative value based solutions and new programs.
○ Support in partnership development bringing credence and recognition to TVI programs.
** • Training and Consultancy**
○ Acts as consultant, as required, for projects within the business, providing expertise, solutions, and support to leaders
Qualification:
Graduates with 3+ years of relevant experience considered.
HR or L&D experience (must)
MBA or relevant Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Competencies:
• Instructional design and training content development experience
• Background in training/teaching and/or adult learning, preferred
• Ability to create client-centric solutions
• Supervisory and team leadership experience
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• Understanding of MS Office and standard LMS is required.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Passion for learning and having great learning outcomes
