Front-end Developer

We at Wonderslate are currently looking for a highly motivated Front-end Developer (Web) who will be part of a small team of developers and designers laying the foundation of how educational content should be delivered.

What you'll do:
[+] Develop new user-facing features
[+] Build reusable code and libraries for future use
[+] Ensure the technical feasibility of UX/UI designs
[+] Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
[+] Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
[+] Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

What you bring:

[+] You have 2+ Years of Experience in Front-End Development.
[+] You have experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework (Grails/Java)
[+] You take pride in working on advanced CSS, animations, and responsiveness.
[+] You understand web applications concepts like REST API’s, WebSockets.
[+] Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks.

[+] Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
[+] You have a mastery in DOM Manipulation and understand components.
[+] Exceptional debugging skills and demonstrate complete know how of using browser-based developer tools
[+] Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
[+] Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them
[+] Good to know - NPM, Stylus, Redux, LESS, SASS.
