The Role

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator who would support NEXEA’s daily operations. You will undertake administrative tasks, handling the finance and provide adequate support to the rest of the staff.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to interact with various stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and active listening
  • Stakeholder orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

Administrative tasks:

  • Handle stakeholders’ enquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

Human Resource:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, terminates and trains new staff in the department
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations

Finance:

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets
  • Managing reimbursements, records and receipts
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
  • Recording transactions to accounting software
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Processing invoices
  • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
