Woomentum is a Singapore based Start-up. We are a Crowdsourcing Peer 2 Peer platform that provides women entrepreneurs, professionals and students with access to learning, mentoring and funding.
We are looking to hire a Community Manager to be the voice of Woomentum, and an advocate for our community of over 5,000 users and growing. We want to develop a strong community through both online and offline means.
Responsibilities
- You will help define and execute Woomentum's community strategy for our newly launched Community Forum as well as the growth of its crowdfunding platform woomentum.fund
- You will organize offline opportunities for our users to maximize their learning and networking experience through events & Summits.
- Serve as the public face of Woomentum, interacting with women across diverse professional backgrounds
- Design social media and blog content strategy and lead content production
- Build a team of forum moderators and mange this team to accomplish community management goals
- Organize online activities to keep users highly engaged.
Requirements
- Passion for connecting people
- Minimum 2 years of online community management and content marketing
- Community management experience including managing User forums and emails
- Experience writing and maintaining blogs and newsletters
- Excellent understanding of various social media channels and appropriate content for marketing on them
- Experience with setting up and running customer support
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work analytically and creatively in a demanding team environment
- Previous experience with livestreaming / video a huge plus
- Previous startup experience a plus
