Duties and Responsibilities
Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume goals
Creating and implementing sales and marketing activities
Collaborating with other departments to develop joint market strategies/research
Making product demos and presentations to potential clients
Preparing reports and reaching KPIs, and submitting them to the management team
Securing payment from customers
Performing other related duties, as assigned
Qualifications and Qualities Desired:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a strategic Business Development/Sales role in HR related area (in the US)
Minimum of 2 years experience working for a professional staffing/mass recruitment/HR consultancy (in the US)
In-depth knowledge of the US HR industry, its current events and latest developments
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or Marketing
Ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
Ability to analyze financial reports
Strong sales and presentation skills
Experience with standard office software - MS office and various marketing tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prepare and effectively deliver sales presentations
Great project management and organisational skills
Community oriented, with a growth mindset
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work with people in a multicultural environment
