Off The Cuff Creative is a digital agency based in Mumbai, India. We specialise in creating digital marketing solutions for web, mobile and social media to help companies engage and inspire their audiences.We are still a young agency, with a strong portfolio comprised of several high profile brands in India and Abroad.

We are looking for an Business Development execute, who shares our passion and drive, to join our team and open the doors to new fantastic opportunities that will allow us to take the business to the next level.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is excited by the prospect of growing with the agency in a friendly environment and having a key role in the process.

***NOTE: Given we are a young agency, this job will have no salary/stipend for the first month, this will be purely a commission based job, hence your monthly pay will be dependant on the closures you help the firm make.

The upside is, given we are a start-up we have no issues sharing a trustworthy variable like you with stakes when the time is right.

To qualify as a suitable candidate you will:

1. Oversee your part of the sales process to attract new clients.
2. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
3. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
4. Research and identify new market opportunities.
5. Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors with the assistance of the senior team members
6. Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
