Locations:
• Lagos and Port Harcourt, Uyo and Abia
Pay – Very attractive (HMO and Pension inclusive)
Key Responsibilities:
• Review account opening documents and ensure timely opening of the accounts on the system for all requests with the required documents or with the appropriate deferrals.
• Processing customers’ Cheque and card requests, including ultimate delivery to the customer
• Ensure timely placement of status (Stop order, Debit & Credit Freeze, etc) on an account
• Timely acknowledgement of MICR cheque issued on the system
• Accounts services, updates, and reactivation
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of standing instructions
• Maintenance of up-to-date registers for customers’ transactions and instructions as required under the existing policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely preparation and rendition of reports to internal and external parties as required from time to time.
• Ensure adequate controls over customer records
• Ensure effective utilization of physical assets at the customer service unit (file cabinets, till boxes)
Qualification/Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
• Minimum of HND
• At least 1 - 3 years’ experience in similar role (preferably in banking)
• Good interpersonal Relations and Communication Skills
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Ability to make calculation quickly and accurately and Multi-Task
• Good Organizational skill
• Attention to details and good analytical skills
• Business Development Skills
• Knowledge of Bank’s Products & Services, Knowledge of Bank’s Policies and Basic Industry Information.
