Senior UA Manager - Mobile Games

WildCard Games is seeking a highly experienced, self motivated marketer to help drive growth. Your Responsibilities:

• Continuously test, deconstruct, and optimize the user acquisition funnel.
• Optimize performance and balance spend between 10+ ad networks, spanning from social media to video to pre-install.
• Provide feedback on creative, help drive ideation, and own testing.
• Optimize the app store conversion rate with text, image, and video AB testing.
• Assist in transitioning from IDFA to SKAdNetwork.
• Work collaboratively with the game team to ideate new products and the future of the company.
• Leverage analytical skills to identify trends and patterns throughout the user funnel to grow performance.
• Develop new and innovative performance marketing strategies that drive growth and expansion of new and existing titles.
• Perform market research and keyword analysis

Your Skills:

• Relevant experience working at a mobile gaming company.
• Nice to have experience marketing casual games.
• Possess a growth hacker mentality.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, learn, and propose changes.
• Skilled in spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of App Store Connect, Google Play Console and ASO tools like AppTweak, MobileAction etc.
• An analytical and data-focused mindset is a must
• Self-motivated, highly results-driven, and nimble
• Nice to have SQL skills.
• US citizen or permanent resident
