Project Manager/Technical Lead

As a Technical Project Lead/Manager, you are responsible for providing project planning, management, and technical expertise for established initiatives. You will ensure that projects are completed to specification, within a set time frame and budget. You are a lead subject matter expert within the team regarding technical concerns, providing leadership and guidance

• Oversee all activities in a project life-cycle (define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation, and communications for project rollout and ongoing support)
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Conduct research, PoCs and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making purchases on behalf of the company
• Manage the project team resource and ensure the deliverable on schedule covering the entire SDLC
• Work closely with the System Architect to provide excellence in all the facets of development.

Requirements:
• University graduate or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of software development working experience;
• Knowledgeable and experienced in the overall SDLC
• Good understanding in user experience, system security, database, and distributed application design
• Experience in Java, Java Framework (Spring Boot), React.js, Vue.js, or Node.js is a plus;
• Familiar in DevOps and CICD is a plus;
• Knowledge of Microservice Architecture, Kubernetes, Cloud is a plus
• Experience in using Agile methodology and/or Scrum with is preferred.

• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
