Simplify Reality Is based out in Los Angeles and is searching for an entrepreneurial Head of Growth to inform product concepts, commercial models, go-to-market strategies and help drive performance across the full funnel of our products.
Responsibilities
• Drive early stage customer acquisition through tactical execution of organic and paid channels (including Search, Social, Display and Email)
• Identify and understand market segments, develop propositions, position and guide verbal/visual identity and work with product and design teams to create and optimize customer experiences and conversion funnels
• Work closely with our product lead to iterate on audience hypotheses, propositions and creatives and collaborate with product teams to optimize user experiences and conversion funnels
• Design and implement effective CRM and retention programs across multiple touch points to drive up lifetime value and hasten payback period
• Scope and implement (with dev support) best practice analytics for web and mobile products, as well as gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions
• Work closely with founders participating in our seed stage program and leading studio companies, advising on and supporting all facets of digital marketing and growth, including pursuing opportunities in digital product related to lead gen, CRO, AOV and more
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in digital/growth marketing, preferably across a range of product and business types (e.g. mobile app, eComm, SaaS)
• Experience leading a team and hands-on experience with a wide range of tools and channels
• Entrepreneurial, with an enthusiasm for early-stage startups
• Equal parts strategic and operational ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into datasets and be hands-to-keyboard in ad platforms when necessary
• Able to manage multiple workstreams across companies: at any given time, expect to support anywhere from 3-15 brands combined across seed and studio portfolios
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with founders, investors and product teams
• Bonus: Degree in business, marketing, economics or a related discipline
