Rock.org is the social impact area at Rock Content. Our goal is to develop, design and execute initiatives that generate value for employees, society, customers and other stakeholders and that are aligned with Rock Content's DNA and long-term business strategy, following our main mission: promote high scale employability for minoritized groups, by offering relevant market skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate content production for Rock.org blog;
  • Review and ensure high quality of all content that is published on our blog;
  • Propose topics for new content focusing on Rock.org's strategy;Have a relationship with guest post partners for blogs;
  • Manage our social media channels and promote relationship with followers;
  • Create and publish all content on our profiles following the standard - Rock Content Style Guide;
  • Propose new formats, ideas and types of content to generate more engagement in our channels;
  • Manage the nutrition flow of the entire Rock.org lead base;
  • Execute strategies and processes to ensure the smooth running of marketing automation;
  • Support the creation of the annual impact report message to send to the entire network;
  • Create and execute internal communication strategies for team engagement;
  • Define the best communication for different stakeholders;
  • Built and execute campaign to launch new programs;
  • Structure student's engagement plan for the programs;
  • Collaborate with the internal and external communication team;
  • Structure the message that will be used throughout Rock.org communication;
  • Plan and execute all the communication with students.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related areas;
  • Previous experience with communication and digital marketing;
  • Intermediate English skills - English is Rock’s global language (but even if you don’t speak English today, apply and we’ll help you develop it)
  • Experience with education/ **** employability projects and social impact;
  • Excellent writing skills.
