OVERVIEW: This essential role at SeeMe is aimed towards high-performing professionals with experience managing digital marketing operations, to include formulating marketing strategies, data analyzation, and digital campaign management. SeeMe has recently soft-launched our dating app in Miami and is gearing up to enter the next stages of traction and growth. Though this role is initially part-time, we expect to scale quickly over the coming months, which requires a dedicated mindset to lead digital marketing efforts within the company. Following our Seed capital raise, the company will look to transition this role into a full-time position with a competitive salary and heightened equity offering.
RESPONSIBILITIES: As Digital Marketing Manager, you will take charge of planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing efforts for SeeMe. You will work closely with the CEO and Marketing Director to develop our strategy and spearhead the execution of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention. If you can think outside-the-box, see the 'big-picture' to drive company goals, and easily get down into the weeds to execute, then we want to hear from you!
COMMITMENT: 20 - 25 hours per month; remote.
EQUITY COMPENSATION: 40,000 - 50,000 shares (0.4 - 0.5% company ownership), issued through stock options.
QUALIFICATIONS:
PERFORMANCE MARKETING AND ANALYTICS: Your skills and experience should unquestionably identify you as a true "performance marketer"! You have the ability to manipulate multiple data sources in order to drive insights that identify trends, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
ACQUISITION: Grow the brand and user base. Lead both paid and organic acquisition. Identify and test new acquisition channels to diversify and scale our customer acquisition efforts.
CONVERSION OPTIMIZATION: Understand the mechanics of the customer journey and conversion rates at each step. Develop tools, processes, and campaigns to optimize conversion rates.

-Marketing for a B2C mobile app (some D2C experience may also be acceptable)
-Organizing digital marketing campaigns from ground zero with limited resources
-Familiarity with broad array of tools and resources to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing campaigns and operations

-Social media paid and organic (FB, IG, X, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, Youtube, etc)
-Content marketing
-CRM (email, SMS, push notification)
-Marketing analytics
-SEO and ASO
