Fullstack Capital is a Corporate Advisory firm for the tech and online sector. We provide advisory services on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, structured finance and strategy to clients scaling to the next level.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Advisory Executive to join our team.
About you:
Background Skills Required
• Degree qualified with major in Finance or Accounting
• Proven track record of at least 5 years' experience in audit and transaction services at a large accounting firm
• A clearly defined interest in Investment Banking and M&A
• Superior financial modelling, accounting, valuation and business analysis skills.
• Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting and financial theory
• A high level of attention to detail with an ability to understand complex issues
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to excel under pressure and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Enthusiastic, passionate about corporate finance and have an energetic work ethic as well as the ability to work well in a team.

• A high level of energy, a keen desire to learn new concepts and a positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
Responsibilities:
• Assist with transaction support and thereby gain exposure to all facets of corporate finance mandates, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings (ideal), Equity Capital Markets and Advisory
• The role will include research, strategy, presentations, financial modelling and valuations, report writing and preparing information memorandums
• Assist the CEO & other executives in maintaining client relationships
• Drafting Fullstack marketing materials and engagement letters
• Preparing client presentations, detailed financial modelling and research, including analysis of associated legal, structuring and financial issues
• Sell side mandate preparation including industry analysis, identification of potential buyers and drafting marketing materials
• Managing due diligence processes including data rooms and associated question and answer functions
• Reviewing and assisting in the preparation of transaction documents including sale and purchase agreements, bidder/target statements, explanatory memorandums, and investor presentations
• Liaison with clients and other advisors including lawyers, accountants, brokers, and industry experts
• Assisting clients and management with other ad-hoc tasks where required.
