Zugrow is building an AI-first property management platform for the global short-term rental industry.

Running a growing portfolio still involves too much repetitive work. Guest conversations, channel management, pricing, cleaning, maintenance, team coordination and day-to-day decisions are spread across different tools or require constant manual input.

We're building Zugrow to change that.

Instead of simply giving hosts another dashboard to manage, Zugrow combines property management software with AI agents that can actively assist with day-to-day operations. The platform brings together a unified inbox, smart calendar, channel management, guest messaging, cleaning and maintenance workflows, team management, direct bookings and AI-assisted operations.

Zugrow was born from first-hand experience operating a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties. That means we're building around problems encountered in real property operations, rather than adding AI to an existing software model.

Our focus is on hosts and property managers who have outgrown basic hosting tools but don't want the cost and operational overhead associated with traditional enterprise systems.

Zugrow connects with major booking channels including Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, while charging 0% booking commission.

Our long-term goal is to move property management software from systems that tell operators what needs doing to intelligent software that can help get the work done.
